EDIT IT BEFORE YOU SEND IT
A common mistake made by job-seekers is having a single CV/Resume template which they simply forward in all job applications. This often leads to a situation where the content of the document may not be applicable to the job description for the vacancy.
Before you send off any application, make sure your cover letter (if required), CV and Resume (if required) are edited with updated and VALID information as it pertains to the job you are applying for. This streamlines your application as a suitable fit during screening, as opposed to the expectation for flexibility upon employment.
