- Payment must be made before any work commences; a 30-day period begins from the date payment is received.
- Clients must provide well detailed briefs and narratives for graphic content. This brief may include the font style, color preferences, design specifications, size guide, picture preferences etc. Images lifted from the web must be credited.
- Any work done out of the scope of the package subscription will require an additional payment.
- We allow a 24-hour period for corrections, the number of corrections allowed depends on the package subscription.
- Unused graphic requests shall not roll over to the next month.
