Abdavon Consulting Services – Our client, a leading business turn around, training & development, management consulting company, serving clients across Nigeria and Africa at large is looking to engage a goal-oriented candidate for the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Achieve monthly sales target
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls for new business leads
Support in writing new business proposals
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
Must possess strong customer service skills
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role or any sales and marketing related position
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree qualification
Ability to meet monthly target
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
Must be able to create good presentations
Ability to work under pressure.
