We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant / Secretary / Receptionist

Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc in related course
0-2 years work experience.
Fluent in Oral and written English
Basic knowledgeMs software such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Weekly training
Skills:

Good communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Organization and time management skills.

Negotiation skills.
Assertiveness.
Flexibility.
Tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Remuneration

N45,000 – N65,000 / month.
Monthly Health bonuses
