Job Brief: A Campaign Manager’s primary duty is to ensure that sales & marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. They work with the Marketing Manager to create, execute and monitor the performance of agents on campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for recruiting new agents & affiliates to our network in addition to managing existing agents. In this role, you will manage all agent/affiliate requests, review campaign analytics & reporting, optimization of campaign performance, and increasing sales opportunities.
Manage all agents assigned to campaign
Manage integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers for our clients
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events
Schedule and assign tasks to agents
Organize field activations as required
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
A.A or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
2-5 years of experience in sales or online marketing.
Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data.
Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking and have the ability to independently prioritize tasks given business drivers.
Good grasp of best practices in field sales and online performance marketing.
Ability to travel for client visits, field activations and events as required
Pay: Basic Pay + Commissions
