Affiliate Marketing Trainers

Job Description

The Affiliate Trainer is responsible for the training activities of all affilBase affiliates:

–           Deploy Learning Strategy, Training Plans and Materials for Portfolio, coach Field Teams

–           Ensures the right training activities are in place to deliver the best possible interactions with our customers

–           Assess the training needs of the different teams and designs solutions accordingly

–           Ensures a smooth onboarding for new employees

Understands and diagnoses what the training needs are by working closely with all the in-field teams + office-based teams.

Deploy learning strategies appropriate for field teams (e.g. e-learning modules, virtual training, workshops, face-to-face training).
