We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Your position as a receptionist/Customer care representative consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
It also consists of providing information regarding activities conducted at Aimart International Nig. Ltd.; location of departments, offices, and employees within Aimart International Nig. Ltd.
Interested candidates should possess at least a Secondary School Certificate.
Must be Female
Must not be more than 23 years old
Must be single
Must be good-looking
Stays calm under stress and proactive in problem solving.
Tactful, courteous, and possess the ability to build profitable relationship with Clients.
Active listener, articulate speaker, and adaptable to client peculiarity.
Great telephone etiquette; ability to hold a decent conversation over the phone, processing information received from clients and giving accurate responses clients.
Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
PC experience using electronic messaging systems (emailing, texting and chatting), office productivity software (such as Excel, Word processing, Microsoft Outlook and internet surfing).

N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
