We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Job Description
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the complaint
Following up to ensure speedy resolution of the complaint
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
Keep record of interactions with customers; adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for calling and inform customers of deals and promotions
Work with team members to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 / month.
