Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

An outstanding Administrative Assistant write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Organising travel arrangements for senior managers.
Their major Job Duties includes:

Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
Prioritization and problem-solving.
Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.

Skills and Qualifications

OND / HND / BSc in Managerial and Customer related course of study.
1-5 years work experience.
Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
