Responsibilities
Ensure that the highest safety standards are met and implemented
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain outstanding station condition and merchandising standards
Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients promptly
Deliver the highest level of professional service to customers
Maintain the cleanliness of the environment
Record daily sales, receive and follow up on payment of all client order
Build processes that meet our business objective and ensure compliance
Managing point-of-sale processes
Actively involved in the receiving new product
Keeping up to date with product information
Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
Following all companies policies and procedures
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent time management, project organization, and follow-through skills.
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer related roles
