Job title: Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Growth
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Reporting to: Team Lead

Role Summary
Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using
SEO, PPC, and other techniques to generate leads and drive traffic
to company pages and generate interest in company products and
services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
● Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
● Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
● Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
● Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
● Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and otherSocial Media Ad Managers
● Generate and nurture inbound marketing qualified leads
● Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
● Measure ROI and KPIs
● Prepare digital marketing reports
● Measure and manage online content
● Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
● Build and inbound marketing plan
● Anticipate sales performance trends
● Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
● As required, get involved in other traditional marketing activities
● Ability to lead a Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
● 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Personnel
● Competence lead a marketing team
● 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
● In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
● Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
● 2+years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
● Basic knowledge of web design procedures
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Team player
● Effective time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● BSc in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
