We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer support Officer
Job Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls / emails and provide information / solutions for customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
HND, OND or B.Sc qualification. (NYSC applicants are welcome)
Must live around the Ajah / Lekki Axis
Must be articulate able to respond to emails fluently
Computer Literate, must have knowledge of using the web browser, Microsoft word and excel
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good comprehension / Analytical skills
Salary
N40,000 / N50,000 monthly (revised compulsorily pay in 6months).
