Edgeecution Global Resources – Our client, a Real Estate company in the Chevron (Lekki-Ajah) axis, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Description

Contribute in the  implementation of marketing strategies
Attend/Partake in all marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Plan advertising & Promotional campaign for products and services on a variety of media (social, print,etc.)
Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and partake in distribution.
Engage in marketing activities, aimed at generating new leads.
Follow up on leads generated either through online or offline marketing activities
Organise and go for site inspections
Work with other marketing team members to plan and make marketing presentations
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
Counsel clients on market conditions and pricing
Facilitate negotiations between buyer and the company.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in real estate sales.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and eloquent
Good knowledge of the local property.
Self motivated and can work under minimal supervision.

N70,000-100,000 naira plus 5% commission on all sales
