We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Manager

Job Description

As a office Manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible.
You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.

Responsibilities

Support the Company’s goal for a wide company customer service policy.
Responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Services Unit.
Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Services Unit.
Introduction and improvement of possibilities to measure customer satisfaction
Derivation of ways to improve the level of satisfaction
Ensures that orders or transactions are correctly processed and to answer questions or resolve junior staff complaints
Discussion with board of trustee to agree on possible improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 0-5 years work experience.
