Job Title: Administrative Officer
Job Description
Take regular inventory of supplies
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Distribute goods to staff
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Schedule in-house and external events
Requirements:
A minimum of HND from a recognized institution
1-2 years’ experience as an administrative officer
Must reside around Abule-Egba
