Greatland Farm was established due to the need to fill the gap in the rising population and the need to feed the growing population while also contributing to Nigeria’s food basket through the production and distribution of eggs and meat with plans to increase capacity to other areas of animal husbandry.

Our farms boast of seasoned professionals and our strong collaboration with experienced global giants in the areas of chick hatchery, eggs and broiler production using state of the art equipment to serve the growing local demand for meat and protein and also helping in zero dependence on imported poultry produce.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance and Accounts Manager

Duties

Managing the financial reporting for Greatland Farms. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
Managing and overseeing the company’s banking and borrowing arrangements
Providing sound financial support and insights to enable Executive Management make critical business decisions
Develop, Maintain and review policy manual for the finance department
Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department
Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationship.
Process payroll and report PAYE taxes for the organization
Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations to management.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 4 – 8 years work experience.
