Greenfield HR Consulting Limited – Our client located in Lekki Phase I, is recruiting suitable canidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant
To ensure the office and lab premises is neat and tidy at all times
Ensure availability of office supplies, water dispensers, toiletries, air freshener, cleaning products etc
Ensures Office premises is neat and tidy at all times
Ensures office amenities are clean and hygienic at all times
Clean employee work area
Replenish supplies of toiletries to designated areas
Ensures stock of office supplies for office conveniences are available such as water for water dispenser, toiletries, air fresheners, cleaning products etc
Perform business support duties such as photocopying, printing etc
1 – 3 years cleaning/janitorial experience
Minimum of SSCE certificate
Good communication skills
Candidate should be resident around Lekki Phase 1.
