We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Job Functions

Reconcile and monitor all inflows into the system (POS and Wallet Top-ups), relating with product partners on the different issues

Core Responsibilities

Do a daily reconciliation on the products listed above and a monthly review on them.
Treat agent issues that the customer support team escalate (on the previously listed products)
Communicate with the company’s partners on these products
Do a monthly review on other product reconciliation done by the team
Report and analyze data for the company on different products

Requirements

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years work experience.
