We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Summary

The Marketer will be primarily responsible for marketing real estate properties whilst overseeing the process of finalizing sales.

Responsibilities

Study and develop good knowledge of properties and details of properties.
Establish and maintain relationship with clients and potential clients whilst converting new leads into buyers.
Walk clients through each step of the sales process; prices, market conditions.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Monitor industry trends.
Collate, review and send monthly and weekly reports on marketing activities.
Other related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

Minimum of HND / B.SC.
Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Must be resident within Ajah axis.
