We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Maintaining cordial relationship with customers at all times.
Communicating with customers via calls, mails and social media.
Resolving customer complaints and directing them to the appropriate channel.
Educating client on the service of the Organization.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback on the services of the Organization back to the management
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc / B.A in any discipline
1 – 5 years of experience.
Ability to work under pressure
Good customers service skills
Good communication skills
Flexibility and teachable

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
