We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Job Duties

Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as needed
Collate monthly bills from all building tenants
Supervise maintenance technicians

Required Qualifications

B.Sc in any relevant course
1-3 years prior experience in a similar role
Close proximity to festac-amuwo Odofin axis
