We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Female Account Assistant
Job Description
Posting the daily sales invoices and receipts
Raising and filing payment vouchers serially.
Disbursing imprest
Follow up on retirements for all amounts collected by staff.
Organize the invoices and receipts for daily sales and send them to the archive at the close of work every day
Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND / OND in Accounting / Finance
Minimum of one year experience in same role
Must be familiar with an Accounting software
Applicant must reside within VI/Lekki/Yaba/Bariga and Oworo Axis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
