We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills. The Membership Writer will write and edit, working closely with the marketing and media team. Thorough research will be required to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful membership writer will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Responsibilities:
Write and edit articles about our executive members and clients
Focus on writing biographies for a specific executive member
Research and understand the client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings
Communicate and cooperate with the writing team, editors, and marketing team
Fact-check any data collected during the research process.
Proofread your assignments to correct errors before submission.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or relevant field.
Prior experience working on executive projects may be required.
Excellent writing skills and a professional demeanour are essential.
Exceptional writing and research skills
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides, a plus
An impeccable grasp of the English language
Capacity to work on multiple writing projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Experience in writing biographies is a plus
