NENnetworks – Our client, a Real Estate Company in Lagos State is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description

Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
Support the management in overseeing marketing operations
Suggest ways to organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Help in mapping out advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and spearhead distribution
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Amongst other duties however, you are required to [directly/indirectly] produce a monthly sales inflow for the company.

Requirements and Qualifications

B.Sc in Marketing or any other related field
3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
Oral and written communication skills
Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
Must live in the mainland with close proximity to Ikeja, lagos.

N70,000 monthly.
