OTP Internet Technology is a Fintech company that provides quick loans to customers viaan online process. The company’s major product is 9credit. 9credit is a quick loan app that is available on google play store for use by customers access quick loans at low interest rates.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collections Officer

Job Description

Make Calls to defaulting customers on their loan repayments
Negotiate repayment schedules and plan
Send Email and SMS reminders to customers about their overdue loans
Advise borrowers on financial status and repayment plans
Ensure full recovery of loans as at when due
Carry out additional collections related tasks as assigned by the unit’s head.

Job Specification

Bachelors degree or HND in any related field with minimum second class lower grade or lower credit
One year work experience required (NYSC experience will suffice)
Must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, customer service skills, marketing skills, and data analysis skills.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages proficiently
Must be open to working on Saturdays intermittently
This position is in Ikeja, proximity to the Ikeja axis will be an added advantage

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
