As a Product Designer, You Will
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and other product designers to solve high impact analytics problems like:(a) Making jobgam the complete and most trusted source of information for our merchants(b) Making complex business-related data approachable and helping our merchants uncover hidden business opportunities through insights, dashboards, and reports.
Solid Understanding of visual design
Communicate your work early and clearly
Design accessible, responsive, performant experiences and educate others on the best practices of building analytics products.
Contribute to and evolve styling conventions, guidelines, and best practices.
Level up our team, share knowledge, and help evolve our tools and best practices.
Understand the importance and use of hierarchy.
Communicate your work clearly.
Document everything you do.
Be great at collaboration and processing feedback.
Make sure team documents are well organized and easy to find.
Be articulate about your design choices.
Have a good understanding of Figma.
Working with the end-to-end iterative design process, including how to develop and use job stories, journey mapping, content modeling, wireframing and prototyping, usability testing, and low fidelity to high fidelity visuals.
You’re a great match for this role if you have:
A solid understanding of visual design
Good understanding of Figma
Ability to clearly iterate and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to team and stakeholders.
High-Level attention to details
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work goal-oriented based on minimum supervision
Ability to work independently to fulfill assigned tasks
