Job Title: Project Manager (Telco)
Department: Business Growth
Reporting to: Team lead, Client Account Management Team

Role Summary
The project Manager will be working closely with the
account manager to prepare action plans, budget and
delivery timelines for the project and will also be responsible
for coordinating all project-related activities ensuring the
project outcomes are delivered within budget, time and

● Coordinate daily project management activities, resources, schedule and costs
● Collaborate with the key stakeholders at the early stages of project planning,
identify key constraints of the project
● Liaise with the client on project requirements, expectations, scope and
● Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
● Work closely with the delivery team during project execution
● Provide detailed updates to the project stakeholders
● Tracking and communicating project risk and opportunities
● Organizing and attending project-related meetings
● Use of appropriate tools to monitor project progress, plans and expenditures
● Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all project
● Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports and lessons
● Ensure delivery deadlines are met
● Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality
assurance tests
● Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
● Collaborate with the required stakeholders in effort estimation, negotiation
and invoicing.
● Participate in all Agile and Scrum ceremonies
● Work with the client and internal stakeholders to identify and implement
changes in line with Seamfix.
● Communicate changes to the engineering and delivery team.

● Familiarity working on TELCO related projects is a plus
● First degree in Engineering or any other discipline,
● PMP, CSM, ITIL, CompTIA is a plus
● Familiarity with Agile methodology
● Good analytical skills
● Requirement prioritization skill]
● Basic knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence
● Proficient knowledge of Project Management tools such as Jira, MS Projects
● Ability to work with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
● Good knowledge of requirement elicitation
