Proten International is an international Human Capital Development firm that offers a wide range of Training, Coaching and Consulting services to individuals, small businesses and corporate and governmental organisations. Our client base spreads across Europe and Africa with head offices in London, United Kingdom and Lagos, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Help to plan sales campaigns to increase sales of the business
Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management.
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships, understand the needs of your customers/clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Think and work strategically – seeing the bigger picture, setting and carrying out aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
