JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele, drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Cognate 5 years experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate, sales track record.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field, and experience in the investment banking/ commercial banking will be an added experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
