Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Brief
We are looking for an agile, multi-tasker Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our managers and employees, assists in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
BSc/HND in administration or related field.
