Job Title: ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
We are looking for a creative detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to be responsible for the evaluation and design of building projects.

Responsibilities
Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Keep within budgets and timelines.
Establishing project goals.
Follow architectural trends and advancements.
Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.

Requirements
3-5 years cognate experience as an Architect.
A professional engineering license.
Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
BSc/HND in Architectural Engineering.
