Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and easy going Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical functions at the desk of our main entrance, who will act as the face of the company for all visitors.

Job Functions/Responsibilities
Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies.
Greet, communicate with and welcome guests.
Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Check, sort and forward emails.
Monitor and update records and files.

Proven experience as Front Desk Officer.
Hands on experience with office machines (for example fax, printer etc.).
In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
OND in any field.
