Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Job Brief
We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.
Responsibilities
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
And other administrative functions.
Requirements
OND/HND/BSc in Secretarial studies, Administration or any related field.
1 year experience in administration.
Excellent knowledge of office software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
