Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Duties
Our preferred candidate must be able to:
Manage Merchandising,
Must have the ability to make business decisions based on current sell-through strategies
Be able to maintain elevated store presentation by training and overseeing the execution of standards
Understand product needs and educate team how to evaluate report information Managing Store Operations
Must have exceptional knowledge of and adherence to all company policies and procedures
Ensure daily management of sales, goals and company initiatives
Attend company meetings and contributes to the overall company growth and strategy
Ensure that the team is effectively executing all corporate programs
Align the team with activities that will ensure that business goals are met
Communicate with staff daily, etc
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2-7 years work experience.
Salary
NGN100,000 – NGN150,000 / Month.
