We are looking for Associate business analysts who can collect information about current business practices to determine more efficient processes and ways to improve staff performance. You conduct research and analyse data to develop their knowledge – and suggest methods for the company to improve their practices and processes. Your work may focus on a particular aspect of the business, such as customer service, business development, or management.
Understand the proper procedure to solicit, organize, and analyse internal and external clientele data.
Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques.
Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve.
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
