Liaise with existing clients via scheduled meetings at least once a month to ensure that our services are appreciated.
Minutes of meeting to be shared with Line Manager.
Expand the clientele base via aggressive marketing
Prepares proposals and make presentations to prospective clients as the case may be
Go on random visits to locations to ascertain the look and feel of operatives.
Identify and advise on competitive advantage against competitors.
Manages and Coordinate all operational activities.
Ensure proper manpower requirement is met for all beats
Ensure provision of necessary tools and resources required for client’s security
Create standard operations procedures and post orders for all beats / locations.
Organize re-training for guards and deployment to beats
Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of security operations and measures.
Carry out investigations on all incidents
Monitors and controls allocation of Company Resources for effective and efficient use.
Assist in facilitating debt collection when there are any overdue invoices or payments.
Provide information to Finance department on billing process
Ensure swift preparation and screening of nominal roll.
Oversee the supervision of Personnel; which includes Work Allocation, On – site training and Problem Resolution.
Provides Leadership, guidance and support to the organization by motivating Personnel to achieve Peak Productivity and Performance.
Prepare and submit weekly operational report
Submit incident report as the need arises
Interface with all business units
Liaise with Local police commands to assist the Company’s operation
Liaise with host community leaders to facilitate peaceful co-existence if the need be.
Qualifications / Skills Required
Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration or other Social / Management Sciences.
Relevant professional certification security is an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years cognate experience in a management position and between 40 – 45 years of age.
Must be computer literate and have a good management and interpersonal skills.
