Sigma Consulting Group – Our client, a Hotel around Chevron Lekki, Lagos State is recruiting suitable candidate to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
A hotel around Chevron Lekki is in need of an Administrative Officer. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports, organizing company records, answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, managing inventory, invoicing and providing customer service.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
At least 2 years work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Must be female
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month
