We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Accountant
Job Descriptions
Work with a senior accountant to assist with accounting tasks.
Prepare Sales Invoice (Project) with number of jobs done in a month
Prepare part of invoice raise for some special customers
Provide Receivables report
Ensure Re-classification of posting
Ensure New Item Creation
Prepare Data Maintenance Report
Verify and accurately post all payments
Ensure reconciliation of accounts ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payment etc are done appropriately
Support month end process and accounting
Prepare cost and revenue analysis
Ensure General Ledger verification- Monthly
Extracts Pos for the jobs done.
Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Accounting.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
Good knowledge on accounting software
Time management skill
Ability to remain confidential
Skill in account balancing and reconciliation
Familiarity with asset inventory and efficient payroll tasks
ICAN/ ACA is an added advantage.
