Sales Administrator (Fluent in Chinese) at Speedaf Express
Speedaf is a logistics company with the aim of reducing end-to-end logistics costs while providing a stable and recognized courier services to our customers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Administrator (Fluent in Chinese)
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow up with client on bills and operations.
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification
1 – 4 years work experience
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Fluent in English and Chinese / Mandarin.
N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
