Responsibilities
Project and maintain the Brand’s Vision, Values and Mission Statement.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and team members
Communicate with customers through various online channels.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
Know our products inside and out so as to answer questions intelligently.
Be a reputable representative of SGTC.
Manage the brand website after launch.
Qualification
