About Role

Vendease is looking for an experienced Talent Management Specialist to design and deploy talent development programs related to performance management, goals, career development, mentoring, and talent review/succession planning. In partnership with the Head, People Operations, you will lead efforts related to program design, marketing, implementation, measurement, reporting, and maintenance.


What You Will Be Doing

Research expertise, best practices, trends and statistics around talent development programs
Design training and resources for HR partners to help deploy talent programs
Provide analytics that summarize talent trends to support reporting on program outcomes for leadership and promote storytelling of program success
Partner with Internal Communications and Design Teams to create program marketing collateral and effectively launch talent programs to the business
Evaluate and seek feedback on program implementation best practices to ensure global knowledge sharing and consistency in how HR guides the business through talent programs
Propose ways to use technology for the process, administration, facilitation, and communication of talent programs
Support delivery of new development programs to accelerate the development of talent and successor candidates
Leverage and enforce tools, methodologies and processes to support the effective and efficient delivery of talent programs and solutions.
Support career development across the organization by reviewing new job descriptions, owning the organizational job description bank, creating career pathing tools, and advising on internal hiring and promotion processes.
Lead the implementation and ensure the integrity of the annual individual goal-setting process by documenting best practices, conducting regular audits of individual goals, and providing advice to people managers based on emerging trends, needs, and external best practices;
Provide individualized professional development advice to staff looking to grow professionally within Vendease as needed;
Complete other projects as assigned.
