We are looking for strategic and analytical thinkers with at least 3 years of experience in managing sales channel, ideally internationally with a global audience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and help generate insights from leads which marketing can use to enhance offerings and messaging. Candidates with prior education-related sales experience are preferred.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Partner with our other managers to holistically manage all aspects of outbound calling
Managing daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Overseeing the quality of responses across all written digital channels
Managing response time and response rate, to ensure the team adheres to strict SLAs
Managing team schedules to ensure maximum coverage and rapid response times
Building training guides and knowledge bases for the inbound team to rely on
Managing various software tools to increase efficiency and extract insights that can be used to improve conversions
Note: Only candidates with prior experience specifically managing inbound & outbound sales programs will be considered for the role. You must have excellent written English skills to be considered for this role. You will be required to work different time zones.
