Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies in business areas of interest.

Begin developing marketing strategies for promoting particular goods and services as a brand.
Implement marketing techniques that are unique to a crop, a commodity, or a market segment.
In collaboration with the sales team, organize strategy and trade meetings.
Assist the sales team in meeting their goals, budgets, and targets by:Enriching their product knowledge
Monitoring sales campaign with specific objectives like – consultancy, farm establishment, Agricultural input sales and training.
Arranging promotional inputs timely such as leaflets, posters, banners, POP
Allocation of budget and targets to respective team members.
Allocation and monitoring of “sales promotion” spend budgets at lower and executive level depending on the potential and priorities
Participation in selection process of Temporary staff.
Evaluate the existence of rivals and what they bring to consumers to gain market insight and expertise that is conducive to business growth.

Essential Qualifications
(Must possess):

Problem solving
Team work skills
B.Sc (Marketing or any Social Sciences)
Demographic knowledge of markets
Risk assessment.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum years:

An understanding of farmer psychology
Coordination Skills
3-5 years.
Knowledge and Skills:

Attitude / Motives / Behavioural Traits.

Thorough understanding of the crops, goods, and commodity behavior in question Creativity, Planning & Organizing.
